When you sign up for membership you have access to unlimited meditation time at our center in Stockholm or in the comfort of your own home through the video conferencing system Zoom Cloud Meetings. Due to Covid-19, we currently only offer meditation online through Zoom. We are open every day from 9am – 9pm, including weekends. You book your session in advance by, for example, sending us a text message. However, you can join our guided online group sessions without prior notification.
At the introductory seminar you will meet one of our guides. At the seminar, the guide will give you a detailed presentation about the meditation method and what can be achieved. Of course, you will get the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have. You can book your free introduction here.
Due to COVID-19, the introduction is, for the time being, only given online through the video conferencing service Zoom Cloud Meetings. When you have made your reservation, we will send you a link to the seminar.
The meditation method is guided and very simple.
We offer guided meditation sessions both online and at our center in Stockholm (due to Covid-19 we currently only offer meditation sessions online). You sit comfortably and follow the meditation method with your mind as it is guided. In the beginning, the meditation is guided individually, but as soon as you feel comfortable with the method you can join our group sessions. The meditation is neither physically challenging, nor focused on any breathing techniques or mantras. The guides at the center will follow you through your meditation journey, and will do their best to make sure that you get a positive meditation experience.
As a member you can meditate whenever you want during our opening hours (9am-9pm every day). However, you book your session in advance by, for example, sending us a text message. A reservation is not needed for the guided online group sessions.
As much or as little as you wish. We encourage students to attend as much as possible to see results and reach completion. But our main goal is for you to be happy and this means you must choose the speed that brings balance and joy to your life.
No. The method is designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of education, age, experience with meditation etc. Children as young as six years old have been known to meditate and they tend to grasp the concepts right away and love it.
Unlike other meditative practices, that come from specific, and often ancient traditions, this meditation is somewhat new. This project started in 1996 after an ordinary man named Woo Myung reached full enlightenment. As of 2020, there are about 5,000 people who have reached human completion and the number is growing every year!
While the founder provides a standard guide (i.e. manuals etc.) and guidance to the meditation centers when needed, the centers around the world run independently from him. Instead, this is emerging by people from all over the globe trying their best to share this message of hope with others as a result of their own positive and transformational experiences.
As of 2020, there are currently around 346 centers in 42 countries around the world.
The center is operated as a non-profit organization. On an international level, meditation conferences and retreats are organized on a regular basis. The largest center is in South Korea.
No. This meditation transcends religion; those who engage in this study find within themselves that all religions are one. This meditation is not about believing in “Truth,” any doctrine or dogma. It is about, from within yourself, finding and becoming Truth itself.
We offer both short-term and long-term membership plans.
The membership includes unlimited meditation sessions, guidance, and support.
We accept card, Swish, cash and bankgiro payments.
